Ushakov Medal presented to the Arctic Convoys Veteran Walter Hattle
On 20 August 2015 Consul General of Russia in Edinburgh Andrey Pritsepov presented the son of the Arctic Convoys Veteran Mr Walter Hattle with the Ushakov medal that his father was awarded for his bravery and valour while on service at the Convoys during the war.
